  2. Unfortunately it looks like if you saved your game with the bugged players in place, their stats won't have reverted back to their original values. We're very sorry for the inconvenience!
  3. Hi, thanks for reporting this! This bug first appeared in an update earlier this week, where Youth players were regenerated so appeared with different names and statistics, we quickly found this bug and released a new update a few days later that returned the players to how they were before the bug first happened. We suspect that the change that you saw was your players going back to how they were before the bug. The bug is now fixed and should not happen again.
  4. Hi, we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by this bug. We became aware of it very quickly thanks to reports from users such as yourself, and this meant we were able to fix it before it became too damaging. The reason for the bug was that Youth players were being regenerated. We're happy to hear that its now fixed for you!
  5. If you are playing on Steam: Try holding the ALT button when you click Play on the game in Steam. This will show a configuration menu with a list of supported resolutions. Try different resolutions until finding one that works, or use the "Window" view. Please note that we only support 16:10 and 16:9 aspect ratios. Hope this helps!   7. Hi, thanks for reporting this. Unfortunately there is a major bug with the Uruguayan Cup championship at the moment, meaning that the final match can't be completed. We are aware of the issue and are working hard to fix it - it should be fixed in a future update as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Player morale depends on a number of different factors including the team's performance, whether the player is placed on the transfer or loan list, if the player is playing too many or too few games, the player's fitness/injury status and so on. The best approach is to rest to try and rest up players who play often and see if this improves their morale. Hope this helps!

The bug that Danielc described in the original post seems to happen if you close and re-open the game towards the end of a match e.g if you are losing and want to play it again to try and get a better result. This seems to cause a problem where the outcome of a match does not match what actually happened. We are looking into it and trying to get it fixed. We understand that users often want to replay a match if they are set to lose it, but we recommend that you don't do this right at the end of the match, in order to avoid this bug.

  19. Hi, thanks for reporting this bug. I've not seen this before, so I am not sure what is causing it. Could you please make a bug report using the in-game support menu (Settings > Help > Ticket Support) and we should be able to get your save file and investigate the issue. Thanks!
  20. Hi Frank, We regularly release updates for the game for a number of reasons, mainly to fix bugs, add features and improve performance. The latest update fixes a number of bugs (mostly user interface and translation bugs), improves performance (especially on iOS devices) and fixes some crashes. You will still be able to continue your current save. You can't opt out of updates. Hope this helps!
