    sm20 steam bug

    We're sorry to hear the issue is still happening. It has worked for us on our own machines all along, so it is a difficult one to try and solve. Unfortunately, we have not been able to reproduce the problem that users have been seeing. We have even used programs to deliberately slow down our internet connection, and fully disable internet during loading. The only reason I can think of for why the Data Pack loading issue is happening, is if you have a very bad internet connection with a slow speed, which regularly drops out. We have now added a "Retry" button which appears if the packs fail to load - have you tried using this button several times? Thanks Theo

This includes fixes that we believe should solve some of the common issues that users have been reporting, e.g the Data Pack screen not loading properly or loading forever.   6. Hi, thanks for reporting this. It appears that the matter has already been investigated by the SM Worlds support team. This is handled by different staff, and I cannot intervene. Unfortunately it looks like nothing can be done at this time. Theo
  7. I can't say too much about it, but it looks unlikely that the Premier League logos will return soon. However, the game will still continue to function just fine regardless of the images shown.
  8. I don't think I can see any problems with your specs, but I don't know enough about those settings to properly help you (also they are in Spanish, which I don't really speak). Hopefully another Spanish-speaking user can help you. Theo
  9. This is because we have removed the split wage / transfer budget on SM20. All your money is now used for every action, instead of being split, so the option to set/change the balance of cash is now unnecessary. Theo

    debug mode

    Thanks for reporting this. The problem here is actually that the main menu has failed to load properly. The game is not actually in debug mode, but all the text on that screen is placeholder text (which is why the date is shown as "DD/MM/YY") so the Debug text is shown. I'm not sure why this would have happened, but if you close and re-open the game, it might work properly then. It could be caused by the Data Pack issue that some people are reporting (Data Pack list not loading, and "Please Wait" being shown). We're working on fixing that now. So please update your game when the update is released, and hopefully everything will work fine then Theo
  16. Sorry, I thought this was a different thread. Yes unfortunately you will need to start a new save game. This issue happens if the save game becomes corrupted, and cannot be fixed. Theo
  17. Hello all! As you will know, SM2020 was released on Steam last week. We're happy to see that the majority of users are able to play the game without any issues, and we've had some positive reviews on the Steam store. However, some users are reporting that they are experiencing these issues: Game shows "Please Wait" message and gets stuck, caused by the Data Pack selection screen failing to load when launching the game. Problems getting into the 2nd season, due to crashes or issues with saving. We are aware of these issues and we're looking into them now, and we hope to release an update to fix them as soon as possible. Please keep your game fully updated as new updates are released.   18. Hi, thanks for reporting this. We have not seen any other reports about this, or seen it ourselves, so we are not sure why it is happening. Does your PC meet the system requirements (displayed on the Store page)? There has been some problems with the Steam store itself recently, where certain pages have not been loading, so it may be due to this. Theo
  19. The Facebook connection button should be in the top-right of the main screen, under the Continue button. If you are playing on Steam, the option will not be available because you can only do it on mobile. I hope this helps! Theo

  21. Hi, thanks for reporting this. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return to a club that you previously managed. I'm not sure if this is not possible due to limitations to the game's code, or if its simply a bug/design flaw. We will look into fixing this for SM21. Thanks, Theo
