  4. Thanks for reporting this. We did everything we needed to do and set it to "released" on Steam but the button wasn't showing up. We have contacted Steam who have now fixed the issue. You should now be able to see a "Play Game" button on the store page. Please let us know if it works! Sorry again for the delay. Theo
  5. Hi, No, unfortunately you cannot do this. The save files are stored locally in your device's memory, and the file cannot be accessed from a different device. Theo
  6. Hi, thanks for reporting this. Sounds like there has been a bug here. I recommend that you load your save file, then send a bug report using the in-game bug report system (in HELP in SETTINGS). That will attach your save file and we can load it and investigate the issue. Thanks! Theo
  7. New Update on this: We've now submitted SM20 to Steam for review. We're working to get it live ASAP. Meanwhile why not visit the Steam page and add SM20 to your Steam wishlist? -> https://store.steampowered.com/app/1078730/Soccer_Manager_2020/ On an unrelated note, a small update about the forum itself: You can now choose your country/location, which is displayed with your profile alongside posts that you make (like on my profile on this post!). Do this via "Profile" -> "Edit Profile". Theo
  8. Thanks for reporting these issues. I recommend that you load your save file and report it using the report system (in the HELP section of the SETTINGS menu). That will attach your save file and allow the team to load it and investigate. Also, make sure you have updated to version 1.1.7 and many issues may be fixed then. Theo
  9. You're right - it should probably say "Remove Forced Adverts" instead of "Ad Free" as that is not strictly true. I'll mention this to the developers, but unfortunately it is not likely to be changed at the moment (devs are very busy, and we would need to get the new text translated into every language in the game, which costs us money).   14. Hi, thanks for your feedback. The VIP package is meant to remove all forced video adverts on loading the game and before matches. All other adverts are considered optional "reward ads", and are therefore excluded from the VIP. The static adverts for Special Offers are not removed, as they are not videos and are not very intrusive anyway. We believe the other benefits of VIP also make it well worth it. Removing all adverts for optional things would probably be a bit overpowered, as it would basically mean there are instant free boosts throughout the game. That said, we appreciate your feedback and will consider it when improving these features in future versions. Thanks! Theo

  17. I believe the squad cap number is 100, though I can't remember exactly. Either way, the best way to solve it is to sell players from your reserve team and withdraw bids on players.

  21. Hi, thanks for reporting this. In SM20, there is a limit to the number of players that you can have in your team. If you have hit your squad cap, try selling or releasing some reserve players. Also, offers that you have put out on players at other clubs can sometimes count towards your squad cap. So, open your Shortlist and open some players and select "Withdraw Bid" and this might help. Theo

The most likely reason for this is that you created this save file on a very old version of SM20, e.g a Beta version or a version downloaded from an untrusted online source. If so, unfortunately it cannot be fixed and you will have to start new game. Sorry for the inconvenience! Theo

BUG FIXES Numerous bugs fixes that our community have reported. All of the above is applied to your game automatically with the latest update.
  24. It is not possible to get sacked in SM20. Being fired was possible in SM18, but the system was far from perfect, so it was removed in SM19 and has not made a return yet. Basically, if your approval got too low, you were fired and had to pick from a few jobs at worse clubs that the one that fired you. We might look into adding it back in for SM21, maybe. Theo
  25. Hi, its probably not compatible because it has quite low specs (1gb RAM, Quad Core 1.3ghz CPU), and would be unlikely to be able to run SM20 well. Theo
