  1. Soccer Manager 2020 was due to be released on Steam in December but due to technical issues has been delayed. We are working with Steam to resolve this issue and aim to release the game in the coming weeks. We would like to apologise for the delay.   2. Unfortunately it is not possible to do it, because SM20 is a totally new game with many new features, SM19 save files can't be accessed in SM20. Theo

  9. Thanks for reporting these issues. We are always working on bug fixes and we try to fix bugs in each update. We are quite a small team, and we get a high amount of bug reports from users, so we apologise if you dont' receive a reply straight away. We made some changes to fitness in the latest update (1.0.9), making training have a bigger effect on player fitness. So this might be why your players have had low ratings. Check your training regime and maybe give your players more rest sessions. Thanks! Theo
  10. It's probably because his players were very very tired due to low fitness. This can happen if the training regime is very intense with not enough rest sessions. We've made some tweaks to this recently in version 1.0.9, and we plan to add more changes in 1.1.0, so dramatic results like this should not happen in the new update. Theo
  11. Thats very strange. I've not seen any other reports of this! Can you please load your save file, then make a bug report using the in-game support system (in HELP in SETTINGS). That should send us your save file so we can investigate it. Thanks! Theo

  13. It looks like there's some kind of error on the play store. Have you got a good internet connection? What country are you in? It is possible that the game is not available in your country.

  17. A new version of SM20 Beta is now available on Android and iOS devices! 🥳 We're now rolling out version 0.1.5. We're increasing the number of Beta users who have access, so please check your emails to see if you have been included. This version is going to be available on Android and iOS. We've made many changes, such as fixing some of the more serious bugs from the first Beta version (matches running forever, 2nd season breaking etc), as well as many minor bug fixes. If you applied for Beta but still don't have access, don't worry, we will add more users on in future versions, and the open Beta is scheduled to start next month!   19. Beta has now started. We have selected a limited number of users for phase 1. The game is still in an unfinished state, so we didn't want to open it up to too many people yet. More people will get access in the coming days/weeks. So if you don't receive an invite yet, you might get one later.   22. Hi, Soccer Manager 2019 SE is the version released in some regions, through our publishing partner Crazy Sports (e.g areas of Asia, Middle-East, Africa get the SE version). If you can see SE, you must be in one of these areas. Your brother might be seeing the normal version because his phone is from a different country which uses that app store, or its not recognising the actual country he is in. There isn't really much difference between the versions. Theo
  23. If you can't play in Gameroom, maybe try playing in Steam instead. We stopped releasing the browser-based games because we moved to a new game engine which meant it didn't make sense to continue with the releasing games as playable in the browser. Theo
  24. The game automatically saves after certain actions such as: Making a purchase in the Shop. Using credits (e.g to boost a player, buy a player etc). After a match You can also save manually by selecting "Save" in the Settings menu. If the game fails to save, it could be due to a lack of RAM. Try closing all other apps to make the app run more smoothly. Or, it could be due to lack of space for the file in your device's storage. Delete some apps/files that you don't need. Theo
