  1. Hi, thanks for reporting this. As you are on the Xiaomi Redmi 5A, which is a Chinese-made device, it could be happening because its not available on that specific model of phone. We can only recommend that you try to play on a different phone, or you can try and play the game on PC (it is available on Steam and Facebook Gameroom). Theo
  2. Thanks for reporting this. We found about this recently. It seems to only happen with the first playoff match - the 2nd and 3rd one should work fine. We're not sure why its happening yet but we're going to investigate and see if it can be fixed in a future update, or in the next version of the game (SM2020). Theo
  3. Hi, sorry but this is not possible. Save files are stored in the local storage of each device, and cannot be copied over between different devices. Theo

  6. SM19 Version 1.2.4 is now available on Steam, Android, Facebook and iOS. This version adds some more bug fixes and reduces crashes on the Android version of the game. If any users find that their game is stuck in June and can't continue, it will be due to the bug from version 1.2.2. Please contact the support team through the in-game bug report system! Thanks Theo

    Hi, thanks for reporting this. Can you please load your save file, then make a bug report using the in-game support system (in HELP in SETTINGS)? That will allow the support team to load your file and try to solve the issue. Thanks! Theo

  11. We're testing new versions now which will stop the bug from happening again - but unfortunately its probably going to still be broken on saves that have already been affected. We're hoping to start rolling this version out in the next few hours, so it will start being available over the next 24 hours or so. It will be version 1.2.3.

  16. Hello all! Some users have been reporting an issue on the new update which can stop them from progressing through the game. We want to address these concerns and let the community know what is happening. This bug results in some AI clubs' fixtures being unplayed, which means the Fixtures/Results page can look strange, with some games having results and others not. This can lead to users being unable to progress when reaching the end of the season, because it looks for results for games that have not been played. This bug is only affecting 64-bit Android devices, so if you are on Steam, Facebook Gameroom, iOS or 32-bit Android, you should not be affected. Most new phones are 64-bit Android e.g Samsung S7, most old phones are 32-bit Android. We are now working hard to get this fixed as soon as possible. Unfortunately, it's looking like affected save files will probably be broken even after the fix is added. So we recommend that you don't play on any save files that you care a lot about, because its quite likely that the file might get affected. Again, this is only happening on 64 bit Android phones.   17. We're not sure what you mean by this. Are you seeing numbers instead of names in the game? If so, you need to select a Data Pack from the Settings menu. Data Packs are community-generated packs that contain player names. Or are you talking about the fictional regenerated players who are not based on real players? This is the game's way of ensuring that young players keep appearing in the game. Or do you mean that player ratings are not accurate in the game? Thanks, Theo

  21. Hi, thanks for the post! You can only take jobs in the countries that you selected when you started your career. This means that if you only selected Scotland, you can only see jobs in Scotland. You can improve your Scouting abilities by putting Club Points into your Scouting Network system. Theo

  23. SM19 version 1.0.92 is now available on Android, iOS, Steam and Facebook Gameroom. This new version includes updated player ratings, new special offers on bundles, and several bug fixes. The new version allows you to set your manager Date of Birth in the Manager Name pop-up. This is used to dictate what adverts you will see on new advertisement boards which we plan to add in the next update. Your Date of Birth is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with any other organisation. We have also added the Dutch language into the game!   25. The first thing I do on a new game is sell a lot of my low-rated reserve players and use the cash to buy a good player or sign a decent free agent!
