New device - can't continue

I upgraded to a new phone over the weekend, and transferred all data. On the SM21 splash screen I can view my profile, which appears to be accurate.

However, I can't load my existing game. Only option is "new game". Can my game in-progress be recovered? Or do I need to start over?
