Fail to Receive Product of VIP

Why i can't receive vip product yesterday, i pay it and my e-money was decrease. why it happen?? Please help this problem soon.

buongiorno, scusate se scrivo in questo argomento con un argomento nuovo, mi scuso per questo non voglio passare per maleducato ma solo perchè vedo che qui c è gente che risponde e ascolta, in altri argomenti vedo risposte datate, sono un nuovo iscritto, non capisco ancora bene come iniziare a giocare, creare la mia squadra e tutto il resto, per iniziare continua a chiedermi il mio ID mondo GIOCO, ma io non penso di avere un ID, oppure di accedere tramite facebook, ma io non ce l ho e non voglio creare un account facebook, ma è così difficile giocare a soccer manager? grazie in anticipo , se qualcuno può aiutarmi.
